Carl Rowe- President and CEO

Carl came from a family of health care providers and spent time providing personal care to both his parents. He discovered the joy and fulfillment of giving a little piece of himself in order to bring some peace of mind and comfort to the life of his family.

Carl later pursued a career as a Respiratory Certified Therapy Practicioner and practiced at Westchester Square Medical, Our Lady of Mercy Hospital and White Plains Hospital Medical Center for a total of eight years. He then relocated to Connecticut where he practiced in- house respiratory therapy on a one-on-one basis.

As a result of his experiences, Carl recognized the need for heartfelt, reliable, and affordable home health care in Connecticut. As a result Friends for Friends was born.

Carl's passion for the highest quality of healthcare services has been tested and proven. He proudly attests that Friends for Friends has placed itself among the most trusted and reliable homecare registries in the state of Connecticut.

 

Debbie Campbell- Care Coordinator

Debbie is a Care Coordinator for Friends for Friends Home Care. She has worked for the past 10 years in the health care field as an Activity Director. She previously ran a home day care center while raising her own children and held various office positions as an administrative secretary previous to that. She comes with a compassionate and caring heart for the senior population desiring to assist families in providing services to families and their loved ones.

Debbie will be one of the voices you hear when you call Friends for Friends inquiring about our services or assisting caregivers who contract through us. Debbie will also offer administrative support to other members of the organizations.

Debbie has resided in Ellington for the past 27 years with her two daugthers, Elyse and Jennifer. In her spare time, she enjoys long walks, time at the beach, shopping, reading, and being with the people she loves.

Shannon Cardwell- Director of Community Relations

Shannon is the Director of Community Relations for Friends for Friends Home Care. Shannon makes direct contact on a daily basis with Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospitals, Independent Living, Eldercare Attorneys, Physicians, and Insurance Agents.

Shannon attended Bay Path College and graduated in 2000 with an Associates Degree in Science. She then began working in various healthcare settings in MA and CT. During this time she has held various positions including Recreation, Payroll, Resident Service Coordinator, and Admissions and Marketing Coordinator.

Shannon is married and lives in Hebron, CT with her three sons, Benjamin, Nolan, and Dylan.
